Accountability
We take ownership of the work, the schedule and every commitment we make.
Local knowledge.
Professional standards.
Our story
We build for the way Aruba lives.
Founded in 2014 by project manager Thiago Tromp, Terra Build began with a simple commitment: do solid work and communicate clearly.
Today, our team manages residential, renovation and light-commercial projects across the island. We pair local construction knowledge with disciplined planning, trusted trades and hands-on quality control.
Craftsmanship
We care about what is behind the wall as much as what you can see.
Clarity
Honest advice, detailed scopes and consistent project updates.
